Charming vintage set of twelve miniature hexagonal wall dishes by Royal Tichelaar Makkum, hand-painted in traditional Dutch polychrome Delft style. Each small dish features its own unique scene — windmills, sailing ships, Dutch landscapes, fruit baskets, and traditional figures — framed by vivid floral borders with delicate gold accents. Founded in Friesland in the 16th century, Royal Tichelaar Makkum is considered one of the oldest continuously operating ceramic manufacturers in the Netherlands. The factory became internationally known for preserving traditional Delftware techniques, including hand-painting on tin-glazed earthenware. Their ceramics are valued for artisanal craftsmanship, vibrant polychrome decoration, and strong connection to Dutch cultural heritage.

This unique collection includes wall-mounted miniature dishes with original hanging wires attached on the back. The variety of motifs makes the set especially decorative when displayed together as a gallery wall composition.
